General Information

Program Dates: 3rd - 7th November 2025. We begin on Monday 3rd and end on Friday 7th, November, 2025.

Program Inclusions & Exclusions

Included in the Package:

• 5 nights accommodation in a 4- or 5-star hotel (single or shared room).
• Daily meals (breakfat, lunch, and dinner).
• Scheduled business masterclasses and networking events.
• Leisure activities (e.g., desert safari, city tours, luxury boat party).
• Guided visits to key locations (business hubs, real estate projects, top schools, etc.).

Not Included in the Package:

• Flights to and from Dubai (participants must book their own).
• Visa costs (if applicable).
• Personal expenses, shopping, and activities not listed in the itinerary.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Terms:

• Per Person (€4000pp): Deposit: 40% (€1,600 per person) due at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: Remaining 60% (€2,400 per person) due by September 15, 2025.
• 2 Persons - Shared Room Discount (€3600pp): Deposit: 40% (€1,440 per person) due at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: Remaining 60% (€2,160 per person) due by September 15, 2025.

• ** One-time full payment is also accepted. Participants who prefer to pay full amount upfront can do so at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Before July 31, 2025: Full refund, including deposit.
• August 1 - August 15, 2025: 60% refund (minus deposit).
• August 16 - September 15, 2025: 30% refund (minus deposit).
• After September 15, 2025: No refund (100% cancellation fee applies)

Important Notes:

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
• Participants are encouraged to get travel insurance to cover emergencies or unexpected cancellations.

COVID-19 & Health Regulations

• Participants must comply with Dubai's COVID-19 guidelines at the time of travel.
• If a participant tests positive for COVID-19 before or during the trip, they are responsible for any additional costs (e.g., quarantine, medical expenses, flight changes).
• The organizer is not liable for trip disruptions due to COVID-19-related travel restrictions or personal health issues.
• Travel insurance covering COVID-19 is strongly recommended.

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must ensure they have a valid passport and any required visa for travel to Dubai.
• Participants must comply with local laws and regulations while in Dubai.
• Respectful behavior is expected throughout the trip. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate conduct without a refund.

Liability & Disclaimer

• The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during the program.
• Participants join at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or delays beyond its control.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Data Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will only be used for event coordination and communication. It will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Agreement

By registering for the Discover Dubai Trade Mission 2025, participants acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
